What the Founders Circle is
The Founders Circle is the founding cohort of THEYRE — a small, finite group of members who join before the doors open and stay with the club as it grows. Composition is curated. Voice is permanent. The room they shape is the room they'll live in.
THEYRE is a members-only wellness club built as one program across body, mind, knowledge, culture, and spirit — the new daily routine your life lives inside. The Founders Circle is how that program gets shaped by the people who will actually use it, before the templates set.
This is not "early access." It is founding. The difference is that founding voices stay in the room, not on a plaque.
Composition, on purpose
Most wellness clubs curate softly — a vibe check, a referral, a wait for the right feel. We curate structurally. The Circle is composed with a simple rule: no single demographic exceeds roughly thirty percent in any category. That includes age, industry, geography, background, and any other axis where a room can tilt.
The rule exists because a room that skews too far in any direction stops holding the people it was built for. Thirty percent leaves enough presence for each community to feel at home, and enough range for the room to keep teaching itself. It is one of the harder pieces of a wellness club to build in — and one of the reasons a founding cohort is worth being part of.
What founding members get
The tangible things are simple: first access to the houses when they open, founder pricing that stays with you, invitations to shape programming while it is still being written, and a voice in the House Principles as they evolve. The intangible things are what matter.
- Permanent standing in the room. Founding members are not a marketing cohort. They are recorded in the House Documents and carry a founding designation for as long as the club exists.
- A hand on the program. The five pillars — body, mind & heart, knowledge, culture, spirit — are being finalized with input from the Circle. What gets taught, who teaches it, how the week is shaped.
- Rooms before they are public. Preview weekends, private previews of houses before public opening, and closed programming for founding members only.
- Founder pricing, held. Membership pricing for founding members does not rise with public tiers.
What founding members give
Two things, mostly. Attention — showing up, using the program, telling us what works and what doesn't while the templates are still soft. And presence — being in the room enough to be part of what the room becomes.
We do not ask for testimonials, referral quotas, or brand advocacy. We ask that founding members be members — that they use the club as it is meant to be used and let their use of it shape what comes next.
How to apply
Membership opens by application. There is no fee to apply, no referral required, and no interview process gated by who you know. The application asks a few things: where you are, what you are looking for, and how you would like to be part of the room.
We write back from a real person — not a sequence. If the Circle is not right for you, we will say so. If it is, we will start the conversation about what founding looks like in your city.
Common questions from prospective founding members
How many founding members will there be?
Finite by design. The exact number depends on the composition rule and the pace at which the right room comes together. We would rather move slowly and get the room right than fill it and fix it later.
When do the houses open?
First physical houses open beginning 2026, with additional cities to follow. Founding membership begins before the houses — the program on our platform, member goods, and founding-only programming start immediately upon acceptance.
What does membership cost?
Pricing for founding membership is shared during the application process. Founder pricing is held for as long as membership is continuous.
What if my city doesn't have a house yet?
Founding members join regardless of city. The platform, the goods, and the travel program reach members wherever they are — the routine is not location-bound. When your city gets a house, you will already be a member of it.
