The Name

Where is everyone? They're.

The Promise

Live Together™.

Two ordinary words. Read closely. This is what THEYRE means.

Live verb · /lɪv/

1.to spend one's life in a particular way; to conduct oneself; to have one's being.
2.to practice, day after day, in a chosen manner.
3.to inhabit — a room, a rhythm, a community.

Together adverb · /təˈɡeð.ər/

1.in proximity; in the same place at the same time.
2.in company; in concert; with one another rather than alone.
3.as a set; combined; not fragmented across many places and hours.

To live together is to:

  1. move your body in a room, with people.
  2. feed your mind at a table, with people.
  3. read a book, and talk about it, with people.
  4. eat a meal you did not order alone.
  5. keep the standing appointments — the class, the dinner, the friend.
  6. choose one place to return to, so a life can accumulate there.
  7. refuse to outsource the practice of being human to five different apps, brands, and venues.

The Tagline

Where life happens™.

The promise is what members doLive Together.
The tagline is what the place isWhere life happens.

Third spaces are places you go. A café. A gym. A club. You visit, you leave, you resume the rest of your life somewhere else. THEYRE is built the other way around. The rest of your life doesn't wait outside. It comes in with you.

Third spaces are places you go. THEYRE is where life happens.

The Why

A life built to last™

A life built to last is not a life optimized. Optimization is a solitary sport. Longevity — the kind that feels like a life and not a regimen — is built on the relationships we rebuild. With ourselves, first. With others, always. Old ones. New ones. The ones we let lapse. The ones we haven't met yet.

The Longest Study of Happiness

The strongest predictor of a long, healthy life is the quality of warm relationships. The longest lives are the loved ones.

Harvard Study of Adult Development · Running since 1938

A wellness club that pretends this isn't true is selling equipment. THEYRE is built for the finding: the strangers who become the standing dinner, the group that turned into a life. That is the practice. That is the point.

The Mission

To unite Mindful Maximizers™ in a daily practice.

To unite Mindful Maximizers — the next generation of leaders — in a daily rhythm, under shared values, across four pillars, and rebuild the relationships that make a life built to last.

The Vision

A more connected world.

A more connected world — where wellbeing is shared, relationships are the practice, and the longest lives are the loved ones.

The Foundation

Four pillars, held as one.

One rhythm. Four pillars.

Other wellness clubs sell you amenities. THEYRE offers a daily routine — a rhythm your life lives inside.

The Foundation is our member journey — the program, the routine, the practice.

The pillars are the foundation.
You build the day.

Every piece of the foundation is your choice.

01

Body

The stamina to lead for decades.

Strength, cardio, mobility, breath, and recovery — one connected discipline, not five apps.

Unlimited classes. 6am strength. Run club at dawn. Yoga at noon. Spin. Sauna and cold plunge whenever you want them. Breathwork you can join or do on your own. Spa days that are actually restful. Recovery you enjoy — self-guided or social, low-pressure, on your terms.

Movement is our meeting place. Every class is scored to music, timed to breath, and built to move more than one system at once — the nervous system, the body, and the mind, at the same time.

We’re not a longevity lab. We’re the room you keep coming back to.Strength · Mobility · Recovery · Breath

02

Mind & Heart

The knowledge you seek. The presence to hold hard conversations.

Lectures. Readings. Fellowships. Small groups. Monthly teachings from thinkers we admire — Brené, Rick, Esther, the visiting scholars, the writers doing the work. Weekly circles of ten — one prompt, one hour, one table. Time built into your day to pause, reflect, and share with people going through the same. Where the lecture becomes a conversation. Where a thought becomes a reflection — then a friendship. Where the group becomes your new best friends.

You don’t just consume ideas here. You bring them into a room with people. That’s the whole point.

The foundation keeps moving because the people inside it are still learning.Knowledge · Lectures · Fellowships

03

Culture

The range that makes a leader interesting.

Music, art, fashion, food, film, travel. Chef pop-ups. Fashion Week dinners. Gallery previews before the openings. Concert nights and album listens. Book launches with the author still in the room. Trips — the ski week, the sailing week, the Marrakech dinner.

We don’t run from culture. We engage it. Then we bring what we found back to the table and talk about it with people who were there too.

Community is in our design. Not left to chance.Music · Art · Fashion · Food · Travel

04

Spirit

Servant leadership. The reason a THEYRE member does the other three.

The values that make people worth following: service, vulnerability, presence, honesty.

Every Mindful Maximizer is trying, in some part of their life, to become a better leader — of a company, a family, a friendship, a legacy. Spirit is where that work happens.

Monthly gatherings on how to lead by serving. Guiding intentions for the classes. Prompts for small groups on the hard conversations most leaders avoid. Quiet mornings, shared meals, and the real questions — what do the people I lead need from me? What have I been avoiding? What do I owe the room?

Rooted in the oldest teaching in the world: the leader is the one who serves. Named and echoed across every faith are the values we all share — a shared meaning we all understand. Lived out in modern language, for modern lives.

Above all: love your neighbor. The one teaching every faith has said. The one every walk of life can stand behind.

Not a doctrine. A scaffolding. Meant to empower and inspire the leader in you, not confine you.Servant Leadership · Wisdom · Values

A Note On Faith

THEYRE holds space for values — not doctrine. A place where every faith and none comes together to serve others, and to find what we all share. Service, vulnerability, forgiveness, honesty — the values every tradition teaches, expressed here in modern language for modern lives. All we ask is that you want to become someone worth following.

A Tuesday.

6:15am — body class. Strength and mobility, scored to Jamie xx.

8:00am — coffee at the long table with three people you hadn’t met yesterday.

12:30pm — lecture on how the brain rebuilds after loss. Guest: a neuroscientist from Yale.

7:00pm — small group. Ten people, one prompt: what would you keep if you had to start over?

Wednesday — run club at dawn. Fashion Week dinner at eight.

Saturday — chef pop-up.

Sunday — nothing on the calendar. Life happens.

You build the day. We hold the space.
